How to figure out if she likes you
Few challenges can stump introverted men like deciphering the signs of attraction.
When it comes to sexual attraction, physical touch, and nonverbal cues, introverted men tend to take the humble “nice guy” approach and can sometimes miss the more subtle signs when women show interest.
If one of your goals is to fall in love and build a life with someone, you need to pay attention (and be prepared to act!) when a woman gives you a good sign that she’s physically attracted to you, like if she gives you a light touch on your arm.
Don’t worry if you’re not quite there yet. That’s what we’re here for! :) Today, we’re going to cover seven signs of attraction.

Attraction and confidence go hand-in-hand
Have you ever seen someone completely at ease with themselves, seemingly unbothered by anything, handling themselves with incredible poise even in a stressful situation? While it’s a rare sight to behold, it’s incredibly attractive.
Although there are many different appearances of confidence, it’s important to note that not all of them are authentic. For example, the confidence it takes to sing loudly and off-key at karaoke is very different from the confidence that is required to take yourself out to lunch and a movie alone. And both of those examples are very different from the kind of confidence it takes to put yourself out there romantically without hiding or adopting a false persona. That’s why we want you to experience the confidence that comes from truly embracing who you are and living authentically as that person. To help you do that, we created this free 22-page ebook so that you can get to know yourself and learn what makes your presence so magnetic to women! Now, let’s dive in!
1. Showing open body language
If her vibe towards you feels warm and inviting, trust what she’s showing you even if she’s not telling you yet!
Keep an eye out for these tell-tale behaviors:
- Extended eye contact,
- Lots of smiling,
- Uncrossed arms and legs, and
- Leaning in.
Body language reveals romantic interest unlike any other sign, so pay attention to the subtle hints she drops!
2. Teasing flirtatiously
Although giving someone a hard time may sound like something you would do in middle school, teasing is a low-risk, high-reward way to accelerate the romance.
Keeping things light-hearted and experimenting with humor are wonderful ways to build your connection as you get to know each other!
For example, you could tease her by pointing out how she is twirling her hair as she recounts a story, or you could even playfully mimic her Southern accent.
She will likely tease you back, and you’ll both share a laugh together.
3. Keeping close and physical touch
Brushing your arm, touching your shoulder, and grazing your leg with hers at the movie theater are all great examples of flirtatious behavior.
Naturally, someone who’s interested in you will want to be close to you! If a woman stays in your personal space or seems to find ways to incorporate touch, there’s a good chance she likes you!
4. Remembering what you’ve shared with her
She doesn’t just remember… she makes sure that you notice she remembers when she follows up on something you said or checks in to see how something went for you!
Whether it was a job application or your favorite song, she purposefully brings it up to show that she’s genuinely invested in getting to know you.
5. Hinting that she’s single
Although her word choice may be discreet, her messaging will be quite clear!
Many women try to find out about your relationship status by asking about your female friends while referring to her guy friends (or introducing them) as “my friend John.”
Some women prefer to be direct, though, and they’ll ask point-blank if you’re seeing anyone.
Whether subtle or direct, any way she chooses to inquire about your relationship status is a positive sign she’s interested in you romantically.
6. Sending engaging responses
Whether you’re chatting in person, FaceTiming, texting, or sending each other funny videos on social media, conversations that flow smoothly are a great indicator of mutual desire.
If she listens to what you have to say and then contributes with questions, empathy, and interest, it’s also a good sign she’s into you! Be sure to reciprocate so she knows you’re interested as well.
7. Prioritizing quality time
If she likes you, she’ll make room for you in her schedule as much as possible. Simple as that.
That’s not to say that you’ll take precedence over everything right from the start. However, as you get to know each other more, it’s natural to want to spend more and more time together!
If she makes it a priority to spend time giving you her undivided attention, that’s a good sign she likes you.
