About Introverted Alpha:
Who are the women behind IA?
Sarah Jones created Introverted Alpha because she loves introverted men. As a team, we support our clients with a wealth of knowledge and experience in psychology, communication, coaching, and working with our Introverted Alpha men. Learn more about our story here.
Where are you located?
We’re a fully remote team located across North America, with headquarters in San Francisco and New York City.
Do you work with clients outside of the US and Canada?
Yes, we work with clients across the globe, including Australia, Europe, and the UK. The core skills of attraction as well as the culture of modern dating apply in all developed Western countries.
How long have you been in business?
Introverted Alpha was founded in Summer 2014. Learn more about our story here.
How many men have you worked with?
We’ve been working with about 15 men at a time since 2014; and at this point, hundreds total. We have around 30,000 unique visitors to our site each month.
How often do I meet with my coach? Are the coaching sessions in person?
You’ll meet with your coach by phone, either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (depending on your schedule and the coaching package you choose). We find that the intimacy of a voice-to-voice conversation allows you and your coach to focus on the core message being shared. By doing exclusively remote sessions, we are able to support clients wherever they are in the world.
What is the format of the materials?
Each program track is made of 12 modules, released on a weekly basis. Each module is accessible from your student dashboard on our website in Google Doc format, which allows for easy access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. In addition to the core modules, you’ll receive 1:1 support from your coach, recordings of all your 1:1 coaching calls, custom homework, expanded learning in audios, and access to our continual updates after the 12 weeks. For more details, visit our program page.
How much does it cost?
The investment depends on the coaching package you choose; Option range from $3,800 to $7,000 for a three-month program. To view all packages and monthly payment plans, visit our programs page. Clients consistently tell us that the value our program contributed to their lives is worth much more than the investment. They tell us they would have paid more after having gone through it and experienced the deep, lasting changes it brought about. (To hear their stories, go to our reviews page.)
Is the program right for me?:
What does it feel like to go through the program?
Our clients tell us they feel fully supported in their work with us. Initially we guide them with the theoretical knowledge and reflection about their mindset. Once our client feels comfortable at that stage, we transition into the practical skills of going out and connecting with others. During that time, we support our clients through the process and help troubleshoot any issues they come across.
Much like a ski instructor might explain the basics at the bottom of the mountain, that provides context for the actual work that follows when you’re starting at the top of the run. Our coaching is tailored to the pace and goals of each client.
What if I’m busy / have to travel a lot?
You’re in good company, as most of our clients have busy careers and travel schedules. While we strive for consistency in our coaching schedule, we allow for 3 sessions to be rescheduled during the course of the program. We’ve also created custom coaching plans for clients with unique schedules (i.e. not every week; not at the same time each week), which we discuss during the Exploration Call. The only thing that’s always true with scheduling is that you and your coach are on the same page, and you communicate really well about your schedule so we can easily accommodate as needed.
Are your clients all young guys in their 20s?
Not at all. We’ve worked with men from age 19 to 58. While most of our clients are in the 25-45 range, the core of what we teach leads to successful matches regardless of age.
What if I’ve been married / divorced?
If you’ve been through a divorce, you likely have a clearer sense of what you’re looking for in your next relationship, and it’s normal for your dating skills to feel a bit rusty. We’ve worked with many men in that same situation, and they’ve found that our program helped them move forward in their dating lives much faster than when on their own.
What if I haven’t dated much or at all? If I’m not going on many dates, will the program still be beneficial?
Yes! Some of our guys start the program thinking, “I’m not dating, and I don’t even really want to date right now. I just want to become more confident around women and more comfortable in my own skin.” So that’s what we do. Sometimes the guys that focus on the inner work most are the ones that have the most fun! Then, afterwards it just comes together for them because they’ve been learning everything.
Bottom line is, you don’t have to be dating. As long as you’re around people, and going through the program, and keeping these things in mind, and bringing your questions, and what you notice, and everything to your coach (and we give you a structure for how to do all that), then you make your own path, your own story.
It’s going to be different from our other clients’ stories, and that’s what makes this so much fun for us because we get to see all these stories. And it’s what makes it fun for you because you get to have your story, which is the point of the program!
In the client interviews, those guys seem very well spoken. If I’m on the quieter side, does that mean it might not be as beneficial for me to take the program?
These men sound amazing, right? They sound so good. It sounds like they’re always been like that. I’m telling you right now that they weren’t. They just weren’t. You’re hearing the end. During the coaching process, there are usually one or two calls where the coach says, “Oh my goodness. This is a new man! His voice is different. He’s different. Amazing!” That’s a normal part of the process we see all the time.
