We’re a fully remote team located across North America.

Yes, we work with clients across the globe, namely in Australia and Europe. The core skills of attraction as well as the culture of modern dating apply in all developed Western countries.
How long have you been in business?
Introverted Alpha was founded in the Summer of 2014. Hundreds of men have been personally coached here, and over a million people have come to our website to learn.
Where can I learn more about your approach and client results?
Program Logistics
How do clients work with you?
We have two 12-week coaching programs: Launch Your Dating Life and Become A Benevolent Badass. Each of these helps develop confidence; it just depends on the subject matter you want to focus on and what is top of mind for you currently to solve.
How often do I meet with my coach? Are the coaching sessions in-person?
You’ll meet with your coach once a week by phone, with unlimited email support in between sessions. We find that the intimacy of a voice-to-voice conversation allows you and your coach to focus on the core message being shared.
What is the format of the materials?
Each of our 1:1 coaching programs is made of 12 modules, released on a weekly basis. All modules are accessible from your student dashboard on our website in Google Doc format, which allows for easy access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. In addition to the core modules, you’ll receive…
- generous email support,
- recordings of all twelve 60-minute 1:1 coaching calls,
- custom homework,
- in-depth photo and presentation feedback, and
- access to continual updates after the 12 weeks.
How much does it cost?
The program investment is either $7,000 in full or 3 installments of $2,700. Clients consistently tell us that the value of our programs is worth much more, that they would have paid more after having gone through it and experienced the deep, lasting changes it brought about. (To hear their stories, go to our reviews page.)
What if I have a very busy work schedule?
You’re in good company, as many of our clients have busy careers and travel schedules. We have found that with such clients, biweekly sessions instead of weekly works well.
What’s the time commitment, and how flexible is that?
It’s about 5 hours per week, including coaching sessions, material and reflection, and an event or date per week (up to 10 hours if more events and dates!). And if something comes up in your personal life that warrants a pause in the program, that is totally fine and your coach will resume with you when the dust has settled.
If I want support after I finish the program, is that an option?
After you complete a program with us, you have the option to do Continuity Coaching, where you continue meeting with your coach every week, two weeks, or month to keep that personalized feedback in your life for as long as you’d like.
The investment for Continuity Coaching is either $1,000 per month for weekly sessions, $550 per month for twice-monthly sessions, or $300 per month for once-monthly sessions. Unlimited email support and coaching call recordings are included in all plans. You can either ask your coach about this, or email us here.
Personal Details
What is it like to go through an Introverted Alpha program?
Our motto is, “Gentle and pleasant is the most effective.” Thank goodness that’s true! It’s very convenient for all of us. The way it works is you’ll start with personal reflection and inner work in Phase 1, and then transition into the practical skills of going out and connecting with women in Phase 2, and finally getting numbers and going on great dates in Phase 3.
What is the average age of your clients?
While most of our clients are in their twenties and thirties, we work with men who are in their forties, fifties, and sixties as well. Because the program is fully customizable, we are able to address the unique situations faced at various ages and stages of life.
What if I’ve been married / divorced?
Divorce can bring you a clearer sense of what you’re looking for in your next relationship, and at the same time, it’s normal for your dating skills to feel a little rusty. Many clients post-divorce have found great value in working with us.
What if I haven’t dated much or at all?
Some of our guys start the program thinking, “I don’t even really want to date right now. I just want to become more confident around women, more comfortable in my own skin.” So that’s what we do. Sometimes the guys that focus on the inner work most are the ones that have the most fun! And afterwards, it comes together smoothly for them because of all that they’ve learned.
What if I’m quite religious?
We love working with guys from all kinds of backgrounds. From quite religious and devout to atheist to anywhere in between, we are excited to work with you. We can help you meet women in your church or synagogue or mosque groups as well as know how/when to bring up your beliefs with women you meet elsewhere. There’s nothing in our program that goes against any religious beliefs or practices. We fully support you and will work with you in your unique situation to build the life you imagine for yourself, with your deepest, most special values at the center.
What if I’m gay?
We are excited to work with you too! For every part of yourself, our coaches and our whole methodology is open-arms. We embrace your deepest, truest self so we can bring that out more in the way that you would most like for yourself. Simply let your coach know where you’re at with the points above or with anything that feels relevant, and we’ll enthusiastically meet you there and discuss however you’d like.
The guys in the client interviews seem very well-spoken. If I’m on the quieter side, will this still work for me?
These men sound amazing, right? They sound like they’ve always been like that. I’m telling you right now that they weren’t. You’re hearing the end. During the coaching process, there are usually one or two calls where the coach is like, “Oh, my goodness. This is a new man! His voice is different. He’s different.” That maturation and development is a normal part of each client’s process, in his own time.
What do you consider a successful client?
Success means that you are happy with the progress you made in the program, that you’ve celebrated your small wins along the way. Yes, the dates and new level of interest from others is quite exciting, but our clients tell us that the very best part of the experience is feeling more like yourself than ever before.
What are the qualities and practices that makes a client successful?
We look for (1) a positive and willing outlook which makes everything run more smoothly, and (2) engaging in the process consistently over the course of the program. Clients who do those two things consistently do quite well in the programs.
Next Steps
Considering joining one of our programs?
Take a look at Launch Your Dating Life and Become A Benevolent Badass. Whichever speaks to you more, apply at the bottom of that page so we can see if this is the right fit for you and if not, point you in the right direction for you.
Want to join, but aren’t financially able at this time?
That’s okay! We have a special program for college students and those that aren’t able to invest in our program at this time. While it doesn’t include 1:1 coaching or the same level of structured in-depth material that our core program does, it can be a great option for guys who are still getting their “sea legs” under them financially / life-stage-wise.
